We are proud members of the Cairns and Darwin Community.
We recognise the traditional owners of the land upon which we work,
particularly the Yidiniji and Larrakia people, and pay our respects to elders both past and present.

Indigenous Australians
To demonstrate our commitment to the indigenous community, NPG has implemented an Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). This will ensure our commitment to fulfilling and measuring practical actions that build respectful relationships and further create opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and delivering broader outcomes including:

  • A more dynamic, innovative and diverse workforce.
  • A more culturally safe and tolerant workplace.
  • Better service delivery to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities.
  • The opportunity to contribute to new projects, industries, services, products and ways of doing business.

In conjunction with Reconciliation Australia, we will promote this union by building relationships, respect and trust between the wider Australian community and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Our vision is for a reconciled, just and equitable Australia.
Community Engagement
NPG is a proud sponsor of Kamfari, Australia's muddiest enduro race. Founded in 1972 as a 100 mile race, it has evolved into an annual 4 hour race of endurance through the Northern Territory mud. www.facebook.com/Kamfari/

Equal Opportunity Employment
NPG actively supports equality in the construction industry through involvement in peer support for young women seeking to enter the construction industry and sponsorship of the NT Branch of NAWIC. www.facebook.com/nawicnt/
